These terms govern the use of the Swan’s Kitchen website and the purchase of any goods from us. Please read them carefully.

- Acceptance of Order: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The contract for the sale of the products is formed when we send you an email confirming that the products have been shipped (or are ready for pickup).
- Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment
- We accept payment via the methods listed on our checkout page (e.g., Yoco, Credit Card, Google Pay).
- Goods will not be dispatched or prepared for pickup until full payment has been processed and cleared.
3. Shipping and Risk
- Shipping Fees: Shipping is charged at the rates specified on our Shipping Policy page.
- Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery or when the product is collected during Local Pickup.
4. Backorders and Lead Times
- Availability: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, some items may be available for backorder.
- Lead Time: Backordered items have a substantial lead time (approximately 2 weeks) and may take longer than standard in-stock items. By ordering a backordered item, you acknowledge and accept this extended lead time.
5. No Returns Policy (All Sales Final)
- Strict Policy: As outlined in our Store Policy, we maintain a strict No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Cancellations policy on all items purchased. All sales are final.
- Damaged Goods: Our liability for damaged goods is strictly limited to replacement or store credit, provided you notify us within 24 hours of receipt with proof of damage.
6. Privacy (POPIA Statement)
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, store, and process your personal information (name, address, email) solely for the purposes of order fulfillment, payment processing, and internal analysis.
